As a business owner there is a lot of information to get your head around. With all of the online systems used by small business owners and online professionals, it would take forever to log into each system and get the core information that tells you how your business is really going.
Web Control Room is a free tool (web and mobile) that provides a 1-page summary of how you are tracking by talking to the systems you use in your business.
Your favourite services
Small businesses get their information from a lot of different places (i.e. website stats from Google Analytics, financial data from Xero etc).
Web Control Room talks to these services to give you a 1-page snapshot of your overall performance.
Our current version supports 1 report from 7 different systems however we are actively working on more.
The number of systems we integrate with will grow as we get feedback from users as will the number of charts from existing systems.
Focus on what matters
Web Control Room gives you colour coded charts to show you at a glance what things deserve your attention.
If you see red then you are behind your results from the last reported date (usually month) and therefore what needs to be focused on for improvement.
If you see green then things are improving – well done!
Access anywhere
Access a mobile friendly version of Web Control Room from the smartphone of your choice.
With the mobile version you get all of the features of the full version with the benefit of a mobile only interface that allows you to clearly view your charts and quickly navigate from chart to chart.
The mobile version will load automatically when you access Web Control Room using the browser on your mobile phone.
